For almost 30 years Transcover have been designing and manufacturing sheeting systems for the construction, waste and agricultural industries. Working closely with our customers to produce load covering solutions that meet their unique needs.
We have a range of systems available for hook loaders, skip loaders, trailers, containers, agricultural trailers and tippers, from manual to automated, front to back and side to side. Working closely with our customers has meant that we are always evolving and adapting our kits to meet commonly identified needs and ensure our systems are the best on the market.
Our highly knowledgeable and experienced team of inhouse Product Developers are onsite working closely with customers and the team to ensure every system offers reliability and longevity. In addition to the ever-evolving range available, we tailor our systems to meet the specific needs of our customers. This includes working with overseas customers to ensure that they comply with regulations in their inhabited countries.

HyCover Tower Range
Our HyCover kit is our most adaptable, multi-purpose system. We have designed and manufactured more than 50 variations, including Offset, Wide, Double-head and Scoop bases with a choice of manual or automatic operation. Our housings, power options and tower bases can be tailored to suit your install requirements. We also provide mounting bracketry, Stop and Lock rollerbars, detachable tarpaulins plus many more useful options.
These systems have been developed to cover all load types, across all sectors.
Agri-Frame
The Agri-Frame has been developed to allow our SideCover to be installed while giving the operator the ability to tip their trailers. Designed to lift the rear arch out of the way for crops exiting the trailer. this ensures smooth and unobstructed unloading.
It is the perfect addition to the root crop agricultural sector. It allows the benefits of the arm-based side to side cover while removing the obstruction of the rear arch. This reduces the chance for crop damage when unloading delicate crops.
Front-to-rear Systems
We have developed a vast range of front-to-rear systems to suit a variety of applications. The systems start with our spring options – underbody or side-mounted, suitable for all vehicle types. These have been developed to fit within vehicle width restrictions, avoid posts, bracketry, body ribs and other obstructions.
Our exclusive arm ‘angle finders’ allow installers to configure their sheets arms to suit their vehicle while enabling them to avoid any obstructions such as tailgate hinges.
Our sheet housings have been engineered to be adjustable for all vehicle widths, which in turn, are compatible with our tower options for extra load heights.
All our systems can be adapted to suit any vehicle. Such is the vastness of our range, the front-to-rear series covers all industries, concrete, waste, construction and agriculture.
