- Can we install Transcover products ourselves?
All products are provided with comprehensive installation instructions in a variety of languages. Transcover also have an agent network who may be able to assist.
- Do all systems include a warranty?
All equipment has a minimum of 12 month warranty (subject to terms and conditions.) Some items however (such as springs/ motors) benefit from extended warranties which are documented in the systems promotional material. For more information see our Warranty page
- What is the warranty on tarps?
Tarps come with a 3 month workmanship warranty (subject to terms and conditions.) For more information see our Warranty page
- How do I make a warranty claim?
Should you wish to make a claim under warranty simply contact us on with any relevant photographs and details of the issue and include the information from Transcovers serial plate as shown (Please be aware that these are provided with the systems and may be located anywhere on the bodywork.)
- Will the goods arrive painted?
All Transcover goods that require a coating are protected, the majority of our goods are provided galvanised, anodised or powder coated.
- What is the legal width/ height for vehicles with sheeting systems?
Depending on where you are in the World the regulations and their interpretation vary. Please let us know the Country you are operating in and we will be happy to help you select the right product from our range.
- Can Transcover design a bespoke sheeting system on our behalf?
Transcover have full in-house design and manufacturing capabilities and make and supply a number of unbranded products on behalf our partners. Please contact us and we would be happy to discuss your specific requirements.
- Can I return unwanted goods?
Transcover will accept returned goods providing they are received in good condition and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions however they may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Can I purchase direct from Transcover?
We would always like to hear from potential customers and we will ensure that your order is dealt with quickly either directly or via our Main Agent; simply mail us on email@example.com. We operate via a World network of exclusive Main Agents in order to ensure support for your Transcover long after the system has been delivered.
- How do I ensure that I receive a Transcover system?
Unfortunately asking for a sheeting system or requesting a repeat order does not always ensure that you receive a Transcover product. Ensure that you get truck dealer to specify “Transcover” and feel free to copy firstname.lastname@example.org in to your request and we will assist with any logistics and ensure that you receive the genuine article.
- How do I become a Transcover Distributor/ Main Agent?
