I am the Employee Welfare Manager – it is my job to look after all of our employees in both a HR and H&S capacity
What does that role involve on a day to day basis?
My role involves sourcing and inducting new employees, employee appraisals, risk assessments, safe working practices, ordering PPE & clothing and organising Christmas parties.

I won two rosettes in the gymkhana
Night in or Night out?
Night out on an annual basis as it takes me that long to recover

Cooked dinner especially my Sunday roast

Summer holiday – I am a sun worshipper, convinced I was a lizard in a past life

Does housework and washing count? If mopping was a sport I would be an Olympian
